Submit an application via mZUS for:

• Parental benefit, known as 800+, which is financial support for each child under 18 years old,
• Family care capital, which is a benefit for the second and each subsequent child aged 12-35 months,
• Subsidy towards the fee for a child's stay in a nursery, kids' club, or with a daily caregiver until the end of the school year in which the child turns 4,
• Good Start benefit, known as 300+, which is one-time financial support for students starting the school year.

Who is the application intended for?

• Currently, the application is aimed at individual clients who can benefit from family benefits, such as:
• 800+ parental benefit,
• 300+ Good Start benefit,
• Family care capital,
• Subsidy for nursery fees,

Excluding directors of care-educational institutions, care-therapeutic institutions, intervention-pre-adoption centers, and social welfare facilities.

With the application, you can:

• Apply for the Good Start 300+ benefit, 800+ parental benefit, family care capital, and subsidy towards a child's stay in a nursery, kids' club, or with a daily caregiver,
• Check the current status of submitted applications,
• Contact the ZUS helpline by phone or message,
• Schedule a visit to a ZUS branch,
• Access the page for reserving e-appointments at ZUS,
• Read messages for the mZUS app, PUE notifications from your profile on the ZUS Electronic Services Platform (PUE ZUS), as well as correspondence from the ZUS Customer Contact Center,
• Act on behalf of someone who has authorized you through PUE ZUS.

Prior to installing the application:

Ensure that you have an active profile on PUE ZUS. Information on creating a profile on PUE ZUS can be found at zus.pl.

Activating the Application:

1. Login to PUE ZUS: https://www.zus.pl/portal/logowanie.npi.
2. In the side menu Settings, select Mobile Devices.
3. Click New Device.
4. A QR code and character string containing the device activation code will appear on the screen.
5. Launch the app on your mobile device.
6. Familiarize yourself with the mobile app usage guidelines.
7. Scan or manually enter the generated QR code from PUE.
Note: Before scanning the QR code, authorize the mobile app to access your camera.
8. Enter the verification code sent to your recovery access channel set up in PUE, i.e., your phone number or email address.
9. Create a four-digit PIN code and start using the application.
